When I was watching Deadliest Warrior, they had the finale where they would pit the two greatest warriors from season one. It was the I.R.A. VS the Spetsnaz and since the I.R.A. didn’t show a long-ranged weapon in the first episode they were in against the Taliban, they decided to introduce one. It was the HK G3 with a long distance scope. When they first show the weapon they have the weapon spinning on the left/right with details about it on the opposite side appearing as the narrator mentions them. During this part, they actually showed an HK G16 which (in my opinion) doesn’t look like a G3 at all. But when they actually showed the weapon being used in the show, it was a G3 so i guess it’s fine, but somebody really fucked up there. The Spetsnaz won.
